New Recipe - Crunchy Onion Chicken!

First, you get 2 cups of French Fried Onions...
Mix with 2 Tablespoons of flour, and crush them in a plastic bag!
Next, beat one egg. Dip boneless, skinless chicken breasts in to the egg, then coat them in the fried onion mixture.
Spray a baking dish with PAM and put the coated chicken in the dish.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
I cooked mashed potatoes and green beans to go with!
